In between the photo trip to Spain and a trade show in Munich I visited some customers in Nice and then spent the somewhat rainy weekend there. Unfortunately the best weather happened the day I was visiting customers and the morning I flew out, but you get what you get. I walked many kilometres along the promenade and the old town taking shots of whatever amused me, anything from the rain itself to the architecture to an Airbus 380 banking after takeoff (all craft were doing this, presumably to relieve the city from noise and pollution). I can see why the area is so popular.
I also made it to Monaco, walked the F1 racecourse (partly in the rain), visited the Prince's automobile collection and admired the 'my yacht's bigger than your yacht' friendly competition in the harbour. Monaco is dripping with money; I was just dripping wet.
